It was very cold and humid. Someone left their underwear there and also there were many spiders. Many random things left behind.

The apartment is very spacious and well-maintained. Please note that it is located on the -1 level, which is the basement floor, and has small windows. The ceiling height is quite low in particular, I’m 180 cm tall and had to bend down when entering the kitchen and bathroom areas, which may be uncomfortable for taller guests. The host was exceptionally polite, friendly, and informative. When I encountered an issue with the TV remote, the batteries were replaced within 10 minutes, great responsiveness. The property was easy to locate, but do keep in mind that it is quite far from the city center if you’re traveling without a car.

One important detail to be aware of is that the shower is located in a separate building. While the host mentioned this is noted in the listing, the information is placed under the “About the Host” section, which may not be immediately visible to all guests. As someone who has traveled for nearly a decade, I’ve learned to check that section more carefully in the future, as it may contain key details. Being a basement unit, there are visible pipes throughout the apartment. During the heating season, I could hear them making cracking noises at night, which may be disruptive for light sleepers. Additionally, sounds from people walking in the unit above were noticeable. The bed linen had visible stains, which was disappointing. There was only one pillow provided and the duvet cover was very light, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
