10th floor room with a view over the city from the back of the building - absolutely great. The location is a block from the water and 100 meters from grocery stores and restaurants. A very handy bus stop is right out the front door making everything in town quickly accessible. And the owner/manager was very clear and helpful in accessing the apartment and figuring out transport. Plus, there is a tiny but functional kitchen where you can cook if you don't want to eat out for every meal.
