Clean, particularly the public area.

Broken coffee maker that wouldn’t work properly and the resulting coffee had scum on top. Housekeeping didn’t clean everything and neglected to replace some “complementary “ items. Front desk staff were caught up in their own internal processes that they didn’t hear my issue to fix my receipt problem. As well, the desk person checking me out should have asked if I needed help with my app and not started by telling me to open it, etc. She made an assumption that I was stupid. Regarding the app, apparently the address in my account, which transferred to my receipt, took an international post code (4 digits) and assigned it to some town in NC. I didn’t get an error message. The app actually caused my receipt issue.

This was by far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooftop restaurant was excellent and the staff was so nice. The WiFi wasn’t great for us kept cutting off and had to re log in but other than that it was wonderful and would stay again!
