I have no complaints... it was good... malls nearby as well.. security is always around... some basic shops are nearby if u walk around... it was ok..

The towels are old... time to replace them... and the only slight disturbance was the music from the disco somewhere below... but still its a nice place

Very comfortable with great location. Batam quite not a place for us, so the room was a saviour as we just can chill and watch netflix while ordered food by delivery.

The balcony facing the pool 1 floor below so not much of privacy + noisy.
