"Great appartment, awful management"

The appartment looks great but the management is awful. They just steal money from you

It took me a lot of chatting with them about all the details, about making the payment. Besides the booking money you give, you have to put a deposit of 300$ which in theory should be returned after 5-7 bussines days. My stay was until 5th of October, today is 23rd and I didn't receive my money yet. After insisting on this topic they messaged me today that they actually found a broken wall(which was there from the beggining as I can show to them in any video I have at the jacuzzi and about an electronic device for water who was melted already. They are charging us 100$+ for these 2 things. Besides that the electricity went down three times and they didn't answer. We stayed in darkness for 1 hour at least until somebody came. And after all of this all we received was a sorry message , next time we will resolve it faster. Awful after experience.

The location is good to discover Barranco and Miraflores. The view from the terrace is very nice.

After booking there was really much conversation needed, a caution needed to be paid. A wrong code for the door has been submitted. The furniture especially on the terrace is a little old and not very modern. There was no Oil, salt, pepper, sugar etc in the kitchen to cook. In most accommodations in this price segment it’s available.

Additionally, the location of the penthouse was convenient for exploring the city, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable and unforgettable experience that I would love to repeat in the future.
