We could hear neighbors through shared room door. Ran out of breakfast due to "Being exceptionally busy"

I did not like the parking situation. This is a hotel that does use a third party parking system, we ended up paying extra then what we was supposed there was no way to refund the money as this was used with a third party. It was just frustrating coming and going as you please, the price of parking was 15-25$ if you was to loose your ticket it was 50.00 for another one. Ridiculous. The area around the hotel too it’s tricky to find free parking most areas we went to we had to pay for parking. The hotel was nice I liked the style but I was not a fan of of the location

Room was cold as hell but the manager went out of his way to make it right for me and my wife!
