Location and covered parking

Was not clean, broken fixtures, found dirty laundry and used cosmetics on the floor, UNRESPONSIVE re: return of exorbitant deposit. Required multiple follow-ups and only processed WEEKS later after I threatened complaints with Booking com, Scottsdale better Business bureau, and declined the charge with the credit card company.
