Good size apartment and kitchen

The sofa was old, worn out and it smelled. Some sections of the soda were firm, other sections were soft so you could not sleep on it. The apartment is not close to the train station so you had to wait and deal with buses or walk far. We were very unhappy with the owner/management of the property. They sent us a ton of rules right before check in and after we had paid in full the nonrefundable price of the apartment. They do not disclose these rules before you book it. Deceiving tactics!!! We had to clean the apartment, wash the dishes, take out the garbage otherwise they threatened us with charging us fees!!! And all this after we had paid a hefty cleaning fee for the apartment during our booking!!! We could not open another set of bed sheets, because you guessed it; there was an extra charge!!! I tried to reason with the owner/management of the property, because after all who wants to do all this work on their vacation, but they were not willing to change the rules that were imposed to us by them a few hours before checking in. That's very wrong. I will not be coming back and I suggest if you don't want to end up reading endless rules and doing chores and cleaning on your vacation, especially after you have already paid a cleaning fee, to look for another stay!!!
