We love our stay. The room exceeded our expectation. Good front office service and good system where requests for extra pillow, iron can be made using qr code. Very convenient! Room is spacious and very comfortable.

The food is more expensive than foods in Genting complexs. Waiting for the lifts during checkout was horrible! We waited for 45 minutes and end up had to go down the stairs from level 18! My suggestion is to implement staggered checkout period.

Is very good stay and worth it, there are stores available (some until 2am) everywhere inside the town and residence, unit itself is considered hygienic, furnishings is not old

The parking is crazy, there are about 6-7 storeys, but when at night, basically no parkings (not too sure other dates because I went during merdeka holidays) & the floor are confusing at first, because having link bridge between towers, for example 3rd floor of tower 3 connecting to 7th floor of tower 7 (car park location), and lobby somehow at ground floor of tower 2 😅
