Walking distance to Rototuna Shopping Centre

Fantastic location and the house set up was excellent for 6 people .Friendly neighbours who offered fruit from their trees.

The beds were really hard but clean,but the cleaner needs to do better there were cobwebs above range hood and behind the doors and the range hood is really dirty and the bathroom fans are clogged up with dust. It is a shame as the house is a really good set up. Also we booked for 6 days for 6 people and only had 1 tea towel and 1/2 a toilet roll in each bathroom. Also no plug for kitchen sink as cleaner has left a broken one in kitchen cupboard with out replacing.

Location was great.... nice and quiet

TV didn't work, beds were hard and found a cigarette on the floor of the lounge........ owners were quite slow at responding to message but have offered a 10% discount

It was a good stay...

plenty of room and good layout fir 4 adults and two children.

This is not a dislike item but an outdoor table and chairs would improve the overall quality of the area. And adding some tourist brochures would also be worthwhile.

Clean and tidy

Great location on the North side of Hamilton. Close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

The location was prefect for us. close to friends, supermarket, swimming pool, and the conference centre and the dumpling house.
