ITThe apartment is very comfortable. It has everything you need for a nice stay. Its position is very strategic, only a few min walk from the train station and from the public beach (a free beach but with services if needed). Fantastic. We will be back!!
Maybe Ac also in the bedrooms but not a big problem. There are fans and the AC in the living room is very good!

PLBlisko morza, blisko do dużego supermarketu i centrum miasta. Ogólnie bardzo ładny, duży i wygodny apartament. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Chętnie wrócimy :)
AUThe apartment was generous in size and had some homely touches. The owners liked a particular artist. The nearby streets were full of restaurants and bars but far enough away so as to be quiet in the apartment.
The photos on the web were deceptive with views to the beach. This was not the case. The building was covered with scaffolding so no views were experienced. Also it was not that close to the beach. There was no air conditioning but we were provided with two fans. The windows were old and the locks did not function properly. There were no sharp knives for cutting fruit.
BEExcellent contact with the owner and with ´la mama ´ of the owner. L. answers to messages very quickly and in a professional way. It’s well located with a grocery @90m and an inexpensive parking lot @300m and beach @500m
Just a little thing but it’s my fault … The bed size in the other room was only 1.2m wide … and for two adults it’s a bit small 😉

The Location is quite Central, thus, the downside is that some corner on the way to the apartment very crowded. During the night on the way to the apartment, some area are having less lights and some group people gathering, on which, people who passing by might come into a prejudice of a grimy or seedy area.
CAWe love everything about the place. It feels like a wonderful Pescara city center apartment rather than a short term rental. It feels as though it was decorated with the eye and sensibility of an artist. This includes the furniture, fixtures, appliances and other furnishing touches. The host was very kind and informative. We feel as though it was a privilege to stay in this apartment and we will gladly book it again for a longer stay next time we are in Pescara. We strongly recommend this listing to all!
