Family Friendly Contemporary House with Pool

Loved everything about this property.

Kitchen, living room area, outside covered seating area is really nice.

It really would have been nice to have a heated pool. Two of us 4 braved a quick dip in the COLD water. If it was heated, it would have been a much better experience.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful Las Vegas home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, offering both comfort and style. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning pool area. It felt like having our own private oasis — perfect for relaxing during the day and unwinding in the evenings. Whether we were swimming, lounging poolside, or enjoying a meal outdoors, the space was perfect for making memories. The location was also fantastic — close enough to the Strip for entertainment, yet in a peaceful neighborhood that allowed us to truly relax.

So clean. Soft beds. Quiet area..Designated smoking area. Turk was so nice and helpful.

Everything was as pictured... Turk was super accomodating, wonderfully helpful and communicative (when needed). The location is on a peaceful street in a nice, quiet, neighborhood not far from conveniences, and about a 15-minute drive from both the strip and LAS airport.

Fully equipped house, nice location, perfect hosts. We stayed at the house as our home away from home for a long stay and it exceeded our expectations.
