The staff was very friendly. The house was very clean.

One of the rooms not having a private shower, toilet and TV in the room and the bed was very small The process of checking in and out of the building with only two tags, one person can use, the rest must always sign in the book.

The view is unmatched. You get the full view of table mountain from the bedroom and bathroom. From the lounge you can see the whole city. It is equally breathtaking during the day and at night. I believe you won’t get a view like that at a hotel. The apartment looks exactly like the photos advertised. It is a beautiful apartment, definitely good value for money. The host was very accommodating and friendly. But speak to Faatimah not Kudzai, Kudzai won’t respond to you. We forgot our watch on the bed and only realised after checking out, but Faatimah helped notify the cleaning lady so in the end we recovered it.

1. Slight concern regarding safety: - The apartment is inside a very old building - To get to the apartment you have to walk down a long passage way - To get to the lifts you have to go through these swing doors that looked like emergency exits 2. The entrance to the parking was very narrow so have to be careful not to scratch your car when entering or exiting. 3. Read on a review that there is a smell in the apartment, if you open the windows and doors and air the place it won't be obvious. It’s an old building so there was probably not much the hosts could have done about the smell. 4. The mattress in the single room wasn’t as comfortable, one of the pillow cases wasn't clean. 5. The window sound insulation isn’t great, when the wind blows it’s loud. We struggled to sleep when the wind was loud. 6. In one of the rooms the aircon is directly above the bed, so when the room is very hot you can’t sleep with the aircon on, it will be blowing directly on your head and it's uncomfortable. In general it's a beautiful apartment at a great price, so would still recommend.

We booked the apartment for the CTCT and was a stones throw away from the start which was fantastic when needing to get to an early time slot. The views from the apartment are stunning both overlooking the harbour and table mountain, especially at night.

The security staff at the entrance where rude and difficult to deal with, it was a pain that there was only 1 token to swipe in/out and the other 2 guests had to constantly sign in and out of the security register when returning and leaving the apartment on a daily basis. There was a smell that permeated into the apartment from the building which wasn't very pleasant and whilst the two single chairs in the lounge were aesthetically stunning they were quite uncomfortable to sit on and watch tv.

The panoramic views of Table Mountain and the city are amazing. The apartment is tastefully decorated, and easily and comfortably caters for 6 adults.

If you're driving, the entrance and exit to the dedicated parking bays is very narrow, and a small car is advised. On the 18th floor, the wind picks up at night, and it is difficult to sleep as the bedrooms are wind-facing, and the insulation is not very good.

Views great and general unit was clean.

Place had a horrible smell, issue with the drains I’m sure. Check in procedure is not good, parking not good, if you have a 4X4 you’ll find it difficult. Security staff of premises unbelievable. If you intend wanting to leave the premises on foot make sure the host issues a tag per person staying in the unit failing which you have to physically sign in and out each time which can take unnecessary time. Rules of the building should be made clear when booking as to avoid hostile security.

What an incredible place. Was the highlight of our trip. Pity about the awful staff at the security desk. Quite the rudest people I’ve dealt with in years. Couldn’t be more horrible if they tried but Kudzai was so kind and helpful. I would love to stay there again.

The decide is incredible and the view was beyond belief.
