Everything was very good

Good location. Clean but could tell it’s an older property since there was some poorly repaired damages. I’m in the construction trades so poorly repaired is very noticeable for me. I felt it was a bit overpriced since the city of Jackson has so much blight but it was in a good area. Just felt like I was getting poached for cash considering the state of the city - not the neighborhood per se. I’d definitely stay here again! Although I am very disappointed with the breakfast options lacking any Gluten Free and Dairy Free options. When I asked about it several staff members changed their demeanor from friendly to bothered when I asked if there was an option other than eggs and fruit. The coffee had grounds in it but was tasty, would have been nice if there was a dairy free milk as a creamer option. Having a GF/DF diet is fairly popular as a lot of people have autoimmune diseases and this diet helps symptoms

Everything from the location to cleanliness was really good but the best part was the staff hands down. They were amazing!

I have no complaints.

Very quiet area

The room was just mediocre. We had 2 kids with us, so we got the room with a pull out sofa. There was no mattress for the pull out, they had to sleep on the couch cushions. Bed was pretty hard & shower struggled with hot water.

Clean, professional

Very clean got much needed rest
