Grove Farm Old Granary, 1st floor Loft Apartment, Includes Continental Breakfast

The property was in a beautiful, quiet location with views overlooking neighbouring fields. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to have a great weekend away, this included the provisions for a lovely continental breakfast. We also needed some ice that was kindly provided by our host. We stayed at this property due to our son competing in kart racing at a local track, we will definitely be using it again next year when we return to race.

A car is needed to get anywhere. But I wouldn't call it a negative

This was a great find! Roxi is a great host and the apartment is brilliantly set up with everything you need for a great stay. We stayed in a number of B&B style places and hotels over our six week stay in the UK, and Grove Farm was one of the best. Lovely views over farmland. Separate bedroom, sofa, 2 fans (it was warm!) and a full kitchen including cookware and condiments. Washer and dryer available. Thoughtfully set up overall.

The shower is quirky, due to the loft location. Height of the shower head and ceiling above is a bit low, taller people may find it tricky. No problem with the flow or temperature though, and there's a bath. The apartment does get afternoon sun so gets warm, but windows can be opened and there are blinds and the fans. No problem in any of this for us, just saying for info purposes.

All the little extras, from tooth picks to well stocked cupboard! Hair straighteners! Just really well thought out.

Lovely secluded location and really well equipped. Bed was very comfy and having a fenced private garden was perfect for our 2 year old. Would definitely stay again!

Everything has been thought about at this lovely property, it has everything you need and the enclosed garden is a huge bonus for the dog/s. It was immaculately clean and had wonderful fluffy large towels and every item of cookware etc you could need. The breakfast items were a wonderful addition, the price should be higher (yes really) as this place is worth more than we paid. The host was very friendly and we look forward to visiting again later in the year when the glamming facilities will be in place. Highly recommended, peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings yet near enough to Lincoln/Newark.
