As someone who values privacy and dislikes feeling restricted, I rarely stay in apartments when I travel. But Iva’s apartment was very comfortable. She thoughtfully explained everything via WhatsApp, and the place was fully equipped. From beginning to end, we didn’t feel any pressure or supervision. The whole apartment was cozy and warm, reflecting Iva’s tasteful style. She also generously stocked the fridge with drinks and delicious fruits. From all the little details, it’s clear Iva is very capable and excellent at what she does. I wish her good health and will definitely stay again if I have the chance. 作為比較注重私隱、不喜歡拘束的人，去旅行我很少住民宿，但Iva 的Apartment 很舒服，她很細心地用WhatsApp交代了所有事項，設施也齊備，由頭到尾我們沒有拘束、受監管的感覺。整間屋子非常舒適溫暖， 佈置體現了屋主的品味，她也慷慨地在雪櫃擺滿了飲品、水果，很好吃。 從一切細節來看，Iva 是個辦事能力很高、很優秀的人，我祝她身體健康，有機會一定回來再住。

Das Apartment ist gut gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren drei Personen und hatten genügend Platz. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank voller leckerer Dinge zum Frühstück. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war jederzeit sehr positiv und sympathisch. Auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

What did I like? Everything!! Iva is the most wonderful host I've ever met! So kind and warm. She will go out of her way to help you. She helped me store my luggage in the one week I was traveling out of Croatia before returning to the apartment. She's always there to answer any queries I had. And the apartment? It was the most cosy apartment I've stayed in. It had everything you need. Truly felt like home to me. The fridge was stocked full of food and drinks! And Iva left me sourdough bread and a chocolate croissant from an Artisanal bakery. I enjoyed chilling at the apartment cos of the scorching weather. And I really wished I could stay longer! Super clean apartment! Beautiful touches in every corner! This is truly a hidden gem with beautiful cafes and shops in the neighborhood! Thank you Iva for the most amazing stay!! You are a wonderful person!

Nothing!! Every was perfect!!

Ahhh it was a home from the very first welcome of iva! We literally arrived and holdays started :) It was very clean, comfy and thanks to the full fridge full of delicious surprises, we had the chance to celebrate breakfasts in the sweet kitchencorner (with a heartwarming story) without leaving The house. The location is close to the citycentre and iva's recommendations (some of them we made to see) are more than worth a visit . We loved it and would definetly come again. Thanks iva, kisses from us!

Iva was a fantastic hostess with great communication from the start. She provided home baked goodies and a fully stocked refrigerator, which was a welcome treat after a long travel day. She provides Netflix and Prime streaming service in case you want to relax on a rainy evening. 10 stars, for sure!

Iva was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent instructions on how to get to the aprtment and how to use everything - even making the sofa bed. The breakfast spread was incredible - there were cereals, fruit, cheeses, vegan spreads, eggs and vegetables... We even made a nice pasta dish as there was so much! The bread was great and the apartment has everything you need to cook. Bathroom was also very nice, good pressure on the shower, we used the washing mashine which had everything you needed too. Honestly, best apartment I've ever stayed at! Also very close to the main attractions by foot, and tram line went past the apartment. Walking distance to the bus station.
