Parking street was a bit dark and didn’t feel 100% safe as a lone female

The AVO apartments didn’t have a reception, when we reached there they said we had to fill in I’d verification and deposit online so we had to do it while we were outside, showed us on phone how to get into building which kept getting cut off due to crap reception, the toilet was moving when we sat on it told them but they did nothing, lounge tv Netflix and heater was not working, no phone reception, in the morning housekeeping were trying to come in apartment 30 minutes before checkout time, the doors to apartments open up before checkout time
