Horrible manager and owner. Greedy unprofessional. In spite having confirmed booking and having spoken to him the previous day , didn't allow check in. Was rude told it's first come first serve policy which never mentioned anywhere. Also he could have insisted on prepayment the previous day when I spoke. Went through lot of mental agony and financial loss

Everything described on Booking.com about this hotel is untrue. The rooms were filthy. They had not been cleaned. The beds were damp and had a lot of hair on them. Due to this, all 5 of us had to leave the hotel within 30 minutes of checking in and stay in another hotel. We had booked these three rooms for university lecturers for an educational tour. The hotel had sent an online link and asked us to pay the full amount in advance, so we paid. Now they are refusing to refund. Many people will be cheated if this hotel is not removed from booking.com.
