Staff tried to help.

The sheets were not clean, no towels provided, bathroom not clean. Restaurant was not on site as described. Were not able to claim the 15% off food and drinks which were part of the booking.

Nothing. Location is interior. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Claiming near Bangalore International Airport, but the place is actually more than 25 KM away. Do not fool the customer by claiming Near Airport.
