"Discussing customer service"

The owners of this property did not allow me and my 3 and 5 year old children use this property. The room was fully paid for but unfortunately I had lost my bank card and didn't have way of funding the extra £250 security deposit they required for a 1 night stay. Even though I offered my credit card details or cash. I waited until 8pm in Bristol Town centre with my 2 children trying to get access to the property I had paid in full for but after lots of communication they eventually just ignored me. I am currently £189 down!!

"Very comfortable"

Location very accessible, hosts we're very approachable and resolved issues promptly

The shower head made a mess of the bathroom floor, it has quite a spray area reaching beyond the glass curtain. there was no previous mention of it being an issue and it could maybe be dangerous for causing a slip up

"Bad"

The company cancelled the stay one day before and didn't officially cancelled it on booking. I have still not be refunded, neither for the stay nor for the 250eu deposit.

"perfect for families or group of friends to use"

Great location. Close to city centre. Good spacious apartment. Clean linen and bedding provided. Parking is very convenient too. Great staff who provided all the information required and kept in contact to check in on us during our stay.

Upstairs was quite dusty and the winding stairs are a little difficult for older adults or children to use. Bathroom could do with bath mats for the floor.
