It was very clean and tidy for us arriving. Very spacious and excellent for a group of 3 as we could rent out the whole property.

We were visiting for a dance event for my daughter. Property was nice and spacious. Lovely and clean. Large shower in the main bathroom then smaller one in the double bedroom. Bed was nice and comfortable. Close enough to the venue we were at and shops. Host was very helpful. WiFi worked 🙌🏼 very rare in property’s like this. Parking right outside the door. No stairs to climb.

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable but this wasn’t a problem.

Stunning location, emaculately clean, extremely comfortable, joyous stay! Staff were tremendous :) Yes I have used all the adjectives I could think of because I am a happy bunny. Definitely staying here again and highly recommend!! Absolute bargain too, me and my work colleague stayed here, separate rooms. Unbelievable price on a Friday night ! We would happily have paid £100 easy, we paid £57.

Central heating was only warm..check out was too early

U liked everything, they provided shower gels and shampoos even though we had our own with us. The room was comfortable, only the bed was quite small but cool. Fortunately we were the only ones in the apartment so it felt just like home. Would stay there again and would recommend

There is no spare charging point or socket in the room or near bed to charge your mobile, have to use communal area for this

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN TO A HIGH STANDARD.

THE HOST WAS NOT PRESENT AT ANY TIME AND INSTRUCTIONS TO ENTER THE PROPERTY WERE POORLY EXPLAINED IN THE TEXT MESSAGE. THE CENTRAL HEATING WAS NOT ON ALTHOUGH NIGHT TEMPERATURES WERE FREEZING THIS WEEK THEREFORE, ON ENTRY, THE PROPERTY WAS ICY COLD. WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKING THIS? WORST OF ALL I WAS INFORMED BY TEXT AT 7.30 DURING A CONCERT THAT THE 2ND BEDROOM HAD BEEN LET OUT ! I ARRIVED BACK AT 10pm TO FIND THE MALE GUEST SETTLING IN. I WAS AN UNACCOMPANIED FEMALE AND FELT VERY VULNERABLE DESPITE HIM BEING PLEASANT AND POLITE . I LEFT VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING AS SOON AS I REASONABLY COULD AFTER A COMPLETELY SLEEPLESS UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THIS SECOND ROOM WAS CLEARLY LET THAT EVENING ...... WAY AFTER MY BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED AND PAID FOR AND HAD I BEEN FOREWARNED I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED MY BOOKING. I DID NOT (REPEAT NOT) SIGN UP TO A SHARED PROPERTY.. IF THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE THEN FUTURE GUESTS SHOULD BE WARNED. I CONSIDER THIS TO BE REPREHENSIBLE BEHAVIOUR ON THE PART OF BOOKING.COM AND IN MY OPINION BRINGS THE COMPANY INTO DISREPUTE. AS THIS REPORT IS EXTREMELY NEGATIVE I DOUBT IT WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE REVIEWS.
