Very clean, fresh, exceptionally well equipped and excellent location with sea and Mountain Views.

Everything from arrival to leaving was seamless. Matt gave all the info we needed. Onsight parking! what a plus for a busy town. Just a joy. Very cosy comfortable and every need met. So many thoughtful touches and if you forgot to bring something, it was there. The balcony was absolutely amazing and we touched lucky with the weather. A real sun trap. What views!! Lovely end to an evening to have glass of wine and take in the views. Breathtaking. It was such a chill out stay. Right in the centre of things yet private and quiet. A real gem

This apartment has wonderful views, cleanliness to the highest possible standards, interior furnishings that are good quality and thoughtfully layed out. Shower, bath, two toilets, good WiFi, smart TV, underground parking. 10/10 doesn't begin to do it justice. Can't wait to go back.

My daughter love the place and wanted to go back here next summer. This place provides everything you need and the best part is the location - nice beach view and when you want to go outside, all shops and restaurants are already everywhere. We had a very nice and memorable time with this beautiful accomodation.

The location and the view are hard to beat. There is a large balcony crying out for some more outdoor furniture to make the most of it. Right on the promenade, but still private and quiet.

Perfect location. Faultless accommodation. Even the wet weather didn't stop us from enjoying the views from the balcony as half of it is nicely sheltered. Would highly recommend. Without a doubt this will be the 1st place we check for availability for our next Newcastle trip.

Matt was really clear with instructions, the flat was lovely and quiet and clean in a beautiful location. Loads of well thought out facilities in the flat.
