"Good location, but be wary of the stairs (building and apartment)"

1. Great location, walkable to square/restaurants etc, with multiple parking spots nearby. 2. Check-In was easy and also self check in, and instructions were super clear and helpful. 3. The host was very helpful whenever we had questions eg when we needed wifi code or, when stove did not work, they came and fixed it for us.

1. Apartment is on the third floor, and there is no lift. Just to take note for older travellers. 2. Stairs within apartment is very noisy / squeaky and does not feel 100% nailed to wall/floor which was worrisome (though luckily, no issues). 3. Final night, for some reason the water valve(? Or something) kept going off every 20-30 seconds randomly, not sure why/how - which was driving us crazy.

Great location in old town, with a few squares, restaurants and shops within 3 minute reach. Very peacefull area. WiFi and AC work as expected, well done! Good and fast contact with owner. Location great for discovering whole Lacium area and daytrip to Rome

Beds made for people under 180cm tall, matresses super soft most of the 8 nights I was awake :( No balcony, Netflix only if you login with your own account. We got one paper roll to WC for 3 people.
