Clean and spacious . No odors.

The shades broken in places, could not have privacy in top floor bathroom since shades don’t pull down far enough. Railing was ripped and missing from stairs. Lower floor useless except for laundry. Drains were backing up . Spring bed frames were squeaky

The location was good. The space was fine though it could have been much better. The building is a good one. It just lacked basic things that could have made it a really good place.

The property’s description indicated an ability to host up to 12 people, yet the furniture and hospitality supplies - such as basic kitchen utensils or even bowls/plates - barely supported five people. There were only 4 forks, 4 spoons, and 2 knives. No hot pads for the oven and no dish towels. No extra blankets. The duvets on the 6 beds were nice, but you didn't have an option for more blankets if you tend to sleep cold. And the first floor bedroom was freezing! We needed extra blankets to sleep. We were a group of 5, so we made it work, but we weren't impressed. My biggest pet peeve is that we had to pay a $150 cleaning fee and then were told to run the dishwasher and carry the trash outside to bins before we left. If we're paying for them to clean, why do they expect us to clean it first?

The location is great--easy to get to multiple attractions in Milwaukee. Great bedroom setup for large family or multiple families to stay together. Updated bathrooms. Easy to find, park, and to get in the door.

Sleeps up to 12, but the living room has seating and dining table only for five or six people, even though there is plenty of space to add more seating or a larger table. Also, the kitchen is poorly stocked--not enough dishes or glasses for the number of people, no dish towels, and limited cooking supplies. In the basement, there was only one of the seven ceiling lights working, so it was very dark. The ping pong table was broken or missing pieces and we couldn't get the video games to work.

It had nice updates, Location was awesome and was a hop and 2 skips next to a gas station which was convenient, parking for not having any reserved it wasn’t to hard to find. And the place overall was very clean and put together.

Upon arrival the downstairs was perfect but I did find the upstairs all the beds and bedrooms to be a mess and laundry in the basement towels and linens unfinished…. However I will say they were very responsive in the cleaning lady was absolutely phenomenal and very helpful .. and I was understanding as we didn’t even need to use all the beds anyways.

We love the new vinyl plank flooring and the open layout of the 1st floor. My kids had fun playing ping pong and the Nintendo 64!

It was the holiday season, but there weren't any decorations.
