We went in to the hotel on our check in time, but the room was not ready, they took us to a room, we opened it and it was dirty, it was trash all over of the last guests, bottles, packets, garbage, it was not clean and the staff kept us waiting there for 10 mins and told us to be patient they will clean it and give it to us, then later insisting them a lot we moved to another room, it was average. So the impression they had on us that the room they took us we opened it and saw how it was, they didn't even make sure that it was clean, would create some discomfort. Another room they gave us only when we insisted.
