This was my first visit to Grand Continent & was very satisfied with the service & food. We enjoyed the home style tasty food with very less oil. Staffs were very friendly & customer oriented. Sourav at the reception was very efficient & smiling face. Overall it was just FANTASTIC.........we will come back soon

"Pricey but great location with good staff"

The location was great, a bit hard to find because it is on the inside but a good location. The staff were good especially Rohit from the room service, among others who kept the guests needs in check when asked. Room was spacious and the water was hot when needed.

The overall cleanliness was not up to the mark, with bed sheets and comforters not clean, bathroom fittings dirty. The most frustrating aspect was breakfast almost coming to a close around 10.30, with food quantities going down as early as 10. It was frustrating and we didn't enjoy that part.
