The apartment was great—clean, comfortable, and well-located. The host was amazing, picking us up from the airport and making everything easy. Highly recommend!

There is a great outside terrace and it is lovely to keep the door open to the outside when in the property. Spotlessly clean and has everything you could need during your stay. The area has a great selection of shops and restaurants close by.

The apartment is a long way from the station, further than I realised when I booked it but that was my decision. It is a good 10-15 minutes walk to the old part of the city so reasonable fitness is essential.

We arrived from Rome to be collected by the son of the owner from the train station in Bologna. We walked into the apartment and were blown away , fridge full of food and snacks . So well contained and clean. And this cost the same price for 6 nights as our accommodation in Rome did for three. And the owner gave us recommendations for restaurants and was very responsive to messages if I needed anything, also picked us up at the end of our stay and drove us back to the station. Close to a coop if you choose to cook and a little shop underneath the apartment block. We used this as a base and did lots of day trips from Bologna on the train. Florence, Venice , Parma

If you like to be in the center of things this may be a little out of the city, however the centre was about a 25 min walk or there is a bus no 14 that goes toward the center which has a stop near the apartment.

Very well equipped apartment with an amazingly friendly host, who was more than happy to provide lifts to/from the airport or train station. Beautiful balcony with plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing. What more could you want!

The apartment was very nice and clean. It had all necessary accessories and more. Comfortable bed, lot of space and big balcony with beautiful view was a big plus. Another thing that made our stay pleasant was the owner (and his son). He was really kind and helpful, gave us lot of tips and communication with him was flawless with fast replies. He even offered us transportation from airport to apartment, for free! For that price it was really good stay and if we come again to Bologna in future , we will definitely book this accommodation again.

Amazing host. Actually he reached out to us to pick from the train stop, amazing!! Felt like Italy :) Another amazing thing was the balcony and the view. Especially for the price the place is walkable from the city centre. Somebody on a budget and looking out for a good place, take it!

I had an excellent time staying at Bellavista Appartamento. The location is quite convinient as you can walk to the centre. The apartment is clean and has all the necessities. The host was very welcoming and even picked me up from the station.

The view of the balcony is great. The host was quite helpful. He even picked me up from the train station.
