De ligging en de keuken

Bepaalde zaken werkten niet afdoende, broodrooster, keukenboiler, douchegordijn, wiebelende wc bril en licht onder in wc ontbrak

Casa spaziosa situata in un posto tranquillo e per visitare Montona a piedi, perfetta per una vacanza anche nelle stagioni più fredde in quanto ci sono 2 pompe di calore e un termo elettrico. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile.

Il bagnetto piccolo e cieco era senza lampadina e consiglierei di scrivere cosa accendono/spengono gli interruttori del bagno grande perchè c'è anche l'interruttore della caldaia e se viene spento non si ha più acqua calda.

Die Lage ist super! Das Haus ist sehr einfach mit dem Auto erreichbar, was in Motovun nicht selbstverständlich ist. Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Besitzerin und ihr Sohn waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und gemütlich – perfekt für Familien oder zu zweit. Zudem ist es hundefreundlich!

Stellenweise hätte die Sauberkeit ein bisschen besser sein können, aber es war nichts Gravierendes. Zudem war es im Bad (im April) etwas kalt. Die Besitzer haben uns jedoch zusätzlich einen Elektro-Heizkörper bereitgestellt, womit es dann deutlich besser war.

I liked location.

Host lies about free parking. There isn't, only public parking with parking slots. I got 2 parking tickets, while host promised refund since they claimed to have free parking. After two months laying about refund, I had to pay 42€ since recieved warning from parking company. The air conditioner on the ground floor was buzzing in such a way that it was impossible to sleep. Balcony at the roof was sticky and dirty. Better avoid. Not a value for money.

An extremely pleasant house that provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay. In addition, it is located in a great location. We really enjoyed it :)
