Fira center houses

The house was beautiful and nicely furnished. We definitely loved the jacuzzi and all the kitchen amenities that were provided as well.

The ceiling height on the 1st floor bedroom was low, and we hit our heads on the wall a few times, but the room was quite good.

Rena was able to provide us early check in and late check out, as requested. She also upgraded our stay to the 3 bedroom house, since it was available. She was very welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know about the house - use of the hot tub, lights, hot water heater, kitchen appliances, etc. She also provided us recommendations of sights to see and good restaurants in the area. The location was great - just a couple hundred feet away from the main street in Fira. I would highly recommend!

Honestly, there was nothing that we did not like about the house or about the hostess, Rena. We were very happy with our stay and it was a highlight of the time we had on Santorini!

Garbage was not cleaned for 3 days,no swiping

It was a cozy and warm stay! The owner Rena was so friendly and helpful. She recommended us the good food and even helped us to make reservation! The house was very clean and fully equipped with facilities . The location is very near to restaurants and convenience shops. Short driving distance to the airport too. We love the place very much!

When there are many people using the bathrooms at the same time, the water pressure for upstairs bathroom will be lower. There are no parking space in front of the house, but can just park at the car park nearby. We brought big luggages so need some effort to carry the luggages uphill to reach the house.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff

One ofthe bedrooms in the specific room we stayed is only for small children it has very low ceiling I couldn't stand straight. This should be mentioned before booking the apartment as we specified that we wanted two separate bedrooms.

The funky decor was fun and the hot tub was a nice addition. It was nice to a have a dishwasher and washing machine.

There was not enough towels. Every person got a big towel and a small face towel. But not all bathrooms had hand towels or after shower floor towels. We had to ask host to bring some and reluctantly she did but still didn’t bring enough. Rating could have been better if it wasn’t for the host. We had some strange encounters with her. She insisted on coming into our place everyday to ‘clean’. Which sounds nice but it got weird when we allowed her in once. She decided to come when we are not there and she touched ALL of our things and rearranged our personal items. This is not okay. We only agreed for her to come in to bring the towels, dish soap and laundry soap. We didn’t tell her to clean nor wanted her to. After her visit she still didn’t bring the soaps. So I had to ask her for the 3rd time. Seemed like she just wanted to do it herself when she came and for us to not have access to it. So it was a challenge letting her to do it ourselves. The strangest interaction is when I received a message from her saying due to us making noise right after midnight, the neighbour guests that are also renting from her decided to leave the next morning and asked for $500 refund. Which she says she did refund them and was not happy about it. We were all asleep by 1am because we stayed up to sing my friend happy birthday. Then we went to sleep early because we had sightseeing tour at 8am. We got no warning or complaint of noise from anyone, if we knew then we would have not even talked at all. In the rules provided it didn’t say anything about noise levels. It was her own decision to refund the other guests and we should not be responsible for that. Her messaging us about it and almost just venting is not right. Especially, when we know we were actually not that loud and we were not partying at all.
