Breakfast was superb freshly cooked to order. Accommodation amazing super king size bed and large room. Karl and Carol the hosts very welcoming. What an amazing find highly recommended will definitely be returning.

Nice quiet location with plenty of parking. Very close to Robin Hood’s Bay and a short drive to Whitby. Very large room with good facilities.

Property was all on the flat, ideal for us, the room was light airy and spacious Fridge outside room was a bonus bus service near property was convenient.

The breakfast was a let down, we were disappointed little choice The TV was very small for room size and only had normal channels no satellite compliment tray was basic

Excellent B & B with perfect hosts. Lovely large clean room with very comfortable bed. Tasty well cooked breakfast served with a smile from Karl. Looking forward to staying again.
