Je pensais que j’aurais pu échangé avec l’hôte, mais je ne l’ai pas rencontré.

Very close to the night market & main road in Sanur with the mall just 5 mins away. Allows dogs. Have a small kitchen in each room.

We have stayed here twice in the last month & both times the sewer smell was very strong in two separate rooms. They really need to clean their septic tanks. Also both times the bedsheets didn't fit the mattress and came off the bed exposing stained mattress at night that we slept on which was not very nice. This room had the shower inside the bathtub - it's all quite old. The other room had a walk in shower which was more modern. Also the staff is barely present at all. We stayed 2 nights and they didn't make up the room which is okay, but we put trash out on the porch & they were walking around and no one cleaned it so it piled up until check out. Also communication isn't great - we came back from lunch & we're told that check out is at 12.00 - whereas we booked for two nights.

The bed was really comfortable, and the pool was great and the size of the room good too

I had to clean the toilet, bath and the sink and kitchen ,,,,, we couldn’t use the jug I cleaned it and asked for another one but got it from the next room ,,,, wasn’t good ,,, and also the fridge was held together with electrical tape ,,,,,,run out of loo paper, The blinds we so thin and broken and to put towels on the windows and most of all a local cat that the other guest where feeding as im anaphylactic to them ,,,, lucky I had my Epi pen Needs some tlc on cleaning and things in the property to be managed ,,,,, New towels , linen aswell

I liked the location of this homestay — everything i needed was within walking distance. The owner was responsive and helpful.

I don’t want to leave a bad review, but I hope this feedback will be helpful. The homestay itself has potential, but it is not well maintained. When we arrived, there was no staff, and we had to wait to get in touch with the owner. There was a bad smell near the entrance where garbage was left. The pool was not cleaned regularly. Inside the room, there was a strong smell coming from the toilet. The bed sheets also had a bad smell and kept slipping off the mattress. The mattress was dirty, and the pillows were very dirty and covered in mold.

Very quite location but yet so close to many things

Friendly and helpful staff. Area is quiet and safe. Tranquility at night. Walking distance from restaurants/shops/Icon Mall. Room was extremely neat/clean tidy. The stray Ginger Cat needs someone to feed him when I am gone. If you love cats ; go get him some cat food - he is an absolute lovable creature, he only needs a meal or two a day to be happy.
