We had a very pleasant experience at the riad. Abdul was very kind and helpful. He was always available and ready to assist with any questions we had. The room and bathroom were clean, and the breakfast was very tasty and freshly prepared when we arrived. On our last day, because we had to leave the riad early, they prepared breakfast in advance for us, and it was waiting in the fridge in the common area. I highly recommend it! P.S. There is a jacuzzi on the rooftop!

La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, con un’atmosfera autentica e rilassante che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e arredate con gusto, mantenendo lo stile tradizionale ma senza rinunciare al comfort. Il personale, in particolare Abdul, è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con consigli utili su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. La colazione era ottima, varia e preparata con prodotti freschi, un perfetto modo per iniziare la giornata.

Il gestore non è disponibile e neanche cordiale: all'arrivo non è stato offerto il tradizionale tè alla menta e neanche un aiuto con le valigie, sempre trovati in tutti gli altri riad della vacanza. Lui a volte è invadente con troppi messaggi inviati per vendere attività extra non richieste. In aggiunta, ha richiesto il pagamento in contanti di una parte del soggiorno nonostante su Booking sia scritto che i contanti non sono accettati. Una delle stanze non ha una finestra neanche sul cortile interno e non è possibile chiuderla dall'interno con problemi di sicurezza e umidità. Pulizia e comfort della stanza migliorabili nonostante l'arredamento ammodernato, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano macchiati in più punti e mancano supporti per sistemare le valigie e i propri oggetti. La lunga distanza dal centro è correttamente dichiarata, ma la zona nel quale si trova il riad è abbastanza caotica. Prezzo troppo alto in considerazione di quanto offerto.

После прогулок по шумному Марракешу в риаде очень тихо и спокойно, на террасе слышно пение птиц, комната комфортная, расположение удобное - в Медине, от автобусной станции 10 минут на такси, что тоже очень удобно, приехав из другого города

My stay was amazing from start to finish. Abdul was extremely attentive and helpful. The Riad was beautiful and had a delicous light breakfast.

However, my experience changed after I informed the owner that I would book a Sahara Desert tour online instead of through the hotel. Communication suddenly stopped — my WhatsApp messages were not even delivered, and I believe I was blocked. Because of this, my request for a takeaway breakfast (as I had an early tour departure) was ignored. In addition, I found a blonde hair on the pillow upon check-in, which made me question the cleanliness. Très mauvaise expérience dans ce riad que je déconseille fortement. Malgré un accord préalable pour un check-in à 10h, j'ai trouvé ma chambre occupée à mon arrivée. Nous avons dû attendre plus de deux heures malgré la fatigue du voyage. Le propriétaire a manqué d'honnêteté en revenant sur sa parole Le petit-déjeuner était décevant, au point que j'ai dû manger à l'extérieur durant tout mon séjour. Enfin, l'accueil laisse vraiment à désirer : on nous traite comme si nous étions logés par charité et non comme des clients payants. Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds ici lors de mes prochains passages à Marrakech
