Riad Bab Taghzout Marrakech

I like the location. It is close to everything and we felt that it was easy to move around. It is very clean and the rooms are big enough.

I didnt like the treatment from the person in charge of the Riad. Also, he asked for cash payment on arrival which was no stated in the booking. He was quite pushy trying to sell us everything. From the Hamam massages to trips to the Atlas. We travel a lot and understand how they feel about us coming. They think we will get away with pushing everything and try to sell everything to us. The Riad jacuzzi is not working, unlike its advertised. When we arrived there was not a lock in our door and it felt a bit unsecured. We eventually got a different room that had a lock and we could leave the stuff inside safely. I have felt more invited and welcome on many other occasions but the management needs to improve. Also if you are travelling in groups of only girls I dont recommend this place.

Our stay at this Riad was the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were transported into a peaceful, stunning oasis that felt a world away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The Riad itself is breathtakingly beautiful—authentic, impeccably clean, and designed with such incredible attention to detail. Every corner tells a story, and the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to unwind. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable was Abdull. He is a gem! His hospitality is second to none. Whether it was welcoming us with delicious mint tea, sharing the best local tips, or ensuring we had everything we needed with a constant smile, he made us feel like family. He truly goes above and beyond for his guests. If you are looking for an authentic, high-quality, and warm experience in Marrakech, look no further. We cannot wait to return!

De când am ajuns la riad am fost întâmpinați cu căldură de gazda Abdull - un om minunat care ne-a ajutat cu orice informație am fi avut nevoie și nu numai. Ne-a pus la dispoziție chiar și mașina de spălat când am avut parte de “un mic accident”.😅 In riad era un miros placut și în camera s-a făcut curățenie în fiecare zi. La fel și prosoapele au fost schimbate în fiecare zi. Micul-dejun a fost delicios și servit într-o atmosferă specific marocană. Riad-ul este amplasat aproape de principalele atracții și a fost foarte ușor să ne deplasăm pe jos.

Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights and it was an amazing experience from the start until the end. I really recommend everyone to try this riad 😊 Special thanks to Abdul, he was very nice and allways ready to help us if we needed or not !!!

Camera un po’ piccola, bagno funzionale ma con qualche difetto strutturale

Quartos limpos. Riad no geral limpo. Tivemos um problema com a internet no piso 1 mas assim que nos queixamos, prontamente nos trouxeram o router para o quarto e lá o deixaram durante toda a estadia. Ao pequeno almoço pedi pão normal, que não vinha, e prontamente o arranjaram. Jantamos no Riad uma noite e achamos um bom preço para o que foi servido (entrada + prato + sobremesa e água).

Um bocadinho mais longe do centro mas em 15/20min rapidamente chegamos.
