Oppholdet ble uten videre og overraskende oppgradert til Beito Resort Hotel?- var meget bra. Men: Var ikke fornøyd med bestillingen lørdag morgen 6.juni. Trykte feil dato, tirsdag 9 - 10. Oppdaget feilen med en gang, men brukte ca, 1/2 time for å få gjort om forandringen til mandag 8.juni. Ble deretter belastet med ekstra gebyr på kr 1340,- for avbestillingen 9. Dette syntes vi var en urimelig og firkantet tolkning av avbestillingsgebyr da det jo ikke var snakk om at lang tid hadde forløpt før forandringen ble foretatt. Oppgraderingen til hotellet, dempet likevel vår irritasjon noe.

Bra beliggenhet

1. Kom til et rom som var dårlig rengjort 2. Fikk et annet rom, som ikke var rengjort, renholdere gikk over det første rommet så vi skulle bruke det 3. Skulle inn på rommet senere første dagen, kom da ikke inn, måtte da opp til radisson å få aktivert kortene 4. Savnet kjøleskap
