The property was lovely and homely! It was even bigger than expected and was in a lovely location

Great location for shopping and walk ability to grocery store and food locations. Everything is within 5 min walking distance

It is a condo so be prepared for other neighbors being loud. I was expecting this so I can’t technically label it as “bad” I did bring ear plugs to manage the noise.

Location and staff great

Payment was difficult supposedly no prepayment but from a month before payment was required outside booking dot com. Kitchen small and ill-equipped and shower either old or scalding.

Location was excellent!

There was no toilet paper or hand soap supplied. The kitchen had no towel to dry dishes, and the dish washer had no tablets. Both showers were extremely tiny. The washing machine was broken. The lounge suite was very old and had no stuffing in the seats

Comfortable

Spaciousness. Open and airy, it felt very pleasant to be in. Excellent location in crazy-to-drive-in Cortina downtown. Small but good washing machine. Plenty of dish wear and glasses. Good hot water. Comfortable bed mattress. Though, strangely, no top sheets. Plentiful comforters on beds for use anywhere. Pleasant staff once we found out where they were.

(1) checkin procedure was terrible. Rental office address was not provided, so once we got to the address provided (part of a plaza) we had no idea where to go. If not for the kindness of staff at the nearby hotel Aquila, we would not have met our rental manager. This is an extremely poor initial experience. (2) Parking. Rental manager either did not care or was not familiar with the stress of finding parking. Vague references to a couple of places to park were all that were provided. We had to drive around and around before (at 6:00, the only time one can drive slowly in Cortina without being horn blasted by local drivers). (3) the bed pillows seemed to be sized for giants! They were FAR too thick and rock hard. We had to experiment with throw pillows that, luckily, we’re plentiful in order to sleep. (4) Both shower drains run slow. Master bath shower head seems clogged and needs replacing. (5) Couches old and worn out.
