"Although basic, it was suitable for our needs."

It was basic but had everything we needed.

It was clean but my mum noticed lots of cobwebs which had been there a while. The electric cupboard was really awkward to get to - my mum would never have been able to do it if she had been on her own & again the key container was difficult to open - may need to update ready for the busier season.

Immaculate accommodation, very helpful and friendly host. Great location.

The extra cost for electric which worked out at approximately eight to ten pounds per day as the weather was cold and needed the heating on.

"very nice holiday park just idle for a short stay."

The owner was pleasant enough when I spoke with him on the phone. Beds were clean

Lots of cobwebs All blinds were broken TV didn’t work very well, at one point we couldn’t get one single channel working Plates & glasses not the cleanest No hand soap in bathroom (had to buy my own for £1.49 from the shop - it’s not a lot of money to pay, so could easily be provided) No hot water (ran the kitchen tap for 3/4 minutes but no hot water in kitchen or bathroom)

"Exceptional"

I liked how the chalet was very homely, made it feel like a home from home. The host answered all the questions I had. The chalet is a within a good distance to hemsby beach. Burmuda entertainment is also good, with different entertainment each night.

There isn't anything to could complain about.
