Good location, reception girl was helpful and nice (Ariana I think)

As soon as I arrived the staff told me the room I booked wasn't available and they could only offer a downgrade for our room. As we were already there we had no other option than accepting it. I also booked the Isla Ballestas tour with them and when I arrived they told me the tours were cancelled because of the wind (that was true) and offered me another tour in exchange, I accepted the National Reserve Paracas tour and they told me it was same price, when we arrived to the entrance of the park I had to pay the entrance fee. After the tour I checked the website and they did not only charged me extra for that tour (new tour was cheaper), but also the entrance fee was supposedly included on the tour Breakfast is waaay too basic, need more variety

La ventilación, como es un pasillo entonces se concentra el calor, pero teníamos ventilador entonces muy bien
