No me gustó que la instalación fueran demasiado vieja. que solo una vez pude tomar un ducha con agua caliente, y solo salía un chorrito de agua

Excellent! This is absolutely a great hostel: quiet, clean and really really comfortable. Worth the price, i think.

It was a wonderful stay! All rooms, bathrooms, lounge and reception area are absolutely clean, well maintained and inviting. The lounge area is particularly beautiful, stylish and lovingly designed, offering a very relaxing and restful atmosphere. Cleaning service available. Upon request, the hostel organised a bus to Sa Pa for me (via HK Buslines). The entire booking and organisation, including pick-up by shuttle from HK Buslines, went perfectly without a hitch, and payment was made to the hostel. The owners are super nice, incredibly friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Everything important is within walking distance, even a small market with a large selection of fruit, vegetables, tofu and numerous delicacies. I felt completely at ease, satisfied, safe and perfectly happy. I highly recommend it! (Miriam)
