AULocation was great. The coffee machine was great with supplied beans.
The floors felt like you were going to put your foot through them with every step in the hall way. It felt like the lino was the only thing holding them together. The whole apartment needs a deep clean. The shower was tiny and there was quite a lot of mold. The floor tray in the shower felt like it was going to break when you stepped in. The washing machine needs a deep clean. There is maintenance needed in every room.
ITAUBrilliant location. Brilliant apartment. Couldn't fault it! Restaurant downstairs is great also. Great care to attention with chocolates, lots of coffee etc. Just such a pleasure.

NLLocation is very good. Aircon is good, beds are nice, quiet location. Surprise balcony (the door is in the bathroom, disguised as a closet).
Shower temperature difficult to control from very hot to cold. Because of third floor the pressure is low and dripping. Misses a microwave and the stove broke down (owner informed us).
