電梯民宿設備新，服務人員有禮；早餐除業者另備有肉燥、肉包或肉鬆外，早餐的每一道菜皆對素食主義者非常便利(一夾可食不用擔心還要挑肉或觸碰底線)，很貼心的一間旅店。

民宿附近不太便利，需交通工具駕駛約一公里外才有較近的7-eleven或全家；離台東市區吃飯也需駕駛15分鐘，確實不太方便；除此之外民宿真的沒缺點。
