the apartment was modern and clean unlike the building and surrounds which were filthy.

the area is full of flop houses that are slowly being turned into tourist rentals. It is impossible to go tree steps without seeing vomit urine or other unhygienic street matter. when I asked if Netflix could be activated I was told a Netflix subscription was not part of my booking of course it's not but most Apartments let you use theirs if advertised. The building the apartment is in is rundown with roughly repaired cracks in walls and the five days I was there toilet paper and other matter was in the hallway. When my timetable changed I asked if I could check out at 11am instead of 10am and was told the apartment needs to be cleaned for next guest. As check-in is not until 3pm five hours to clean one room was just an excuse. Apartment was bright and shiny but the building management and surrounds were discusting.

I had a pleasant surprise when entering this accommodation. It is exactly as shown in pictures, very very clean and comfortable. Picking up the key and finding the room was very easy and the host explained very clearly over a message. You will have to install an app to be able to self check in, this is apparently a must by law. But it is not a big issue, it only took 5 mins to do everything. You have a good coffee shop just across the street and the shopping center for some groceries or some fast food. The Arena Mall is 20 mins away by foot or 5 mins by car.

The apartment was amazing. First of all it is beautifully furnished. The owners have tought of every little detail, women's higiene products, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, iron, everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is also fully equiped. There is also UNO cards, wich was amazing for us. We were there in December, so the temperatures were very low, and the apartment was always so warm and cozy when we came back. The location is also very good. Its a very quiet neighborhood, but very close to a metro station, so you can easily go to any part of the city. Parking is free on weekends on the street and we didn't have any problem finding a parking space. We were really happy with our stay and will be back for sure!

Excellent location, just a 3 metro (M2) stops to the city center (Deak Ferenc Ter, Astoria)… bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower are completely clean!

Accommodation is located near train station and metro station. It is very clean and heating is excellent (if you visit Budapest during autumn/winter). Communication with owner was great. We got detailed instructions with pictures how to find/enter apartment. There is mini shopping mall with market (where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables), bakery and regular shop for groceries inside of Garay Center (building in which the apartment is located). During weekends you can park in streets for free. On weekdays we was using nearby parking (Fizetős Parkoló, Rottenbiller u. 31 - 3 min by car, 15 minutes walk). This parking is huge, open 0-24h and it has security. You can reserve/pay it via Parkl app. Price: 2885,00 HUF per day.
