Easy and excellent communication with the host, lovely house we have stayed a few times and will most certainly will return

Beautiful house and great location.

Downstairs was cold. Radiators upstairs were hot and the environment was cozy but downstairs ones were barely warm and did not provide sufficient heat. The host was advised and she raised the temperature of thermostat but no difference was noticed. Such a pity the beautiful open space kitchen area and the snug were not comfortable to sit in.

Great location with an easy walk into town. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay at Rose Hill, thank-you.

Could have done with a bath mat!

Good location. Very spacious and parking. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen.

Single bed was 5ft 2 which we didn't know before booking. We are three adults all over 5ft 2 so one of us had to cramp up in the single bed. I just wish we had known that before booking as we would have gone to another place. I accept it is what it is and knew one was a single but wish we had known about the bed being so short. The front door sticks badly and needs some attention we are older ladies and struggled to apply enough welly to open it.

Modern, fresh and cool

The third bed was only 5 feet long (the room is only 5 and a half feet) so one of us had to sleep on the floor in the sitting room where it was freezing.

Everything was of excellent standard great location for shrewsbury Town centre superb kitchen really clean property

Very minor thing but bi fold doors could with blinds afternoon sun and street lights after dark were a slight issue

Fabulous place. Modern interior with a mix of traditional. Had everything you needed to be self sufficient. Good bus route to the town. Would stay again. Nicely touch to have milk etc there.

Had trouble with the heating despite 2 of us trying to work it out. Hot upstairs but cool downstairs as such a big space. snug radiator wasn't working properly so unable to use the room. Suggestions for owners to attend to. Needs proper dirt collecting doormat on the inside. Snug door catch sticks and hard to open. Blinds to bathroom and kitchen area.downstairs toilet cistern handle needs adjusting.

Wry modern and well furnished with quality products for instance mattress was very comfortable.

We had no heating the first night we stayed and made owner aware with no communication made. Cold showers after a 12 hour work day is not ideal without even an apology.

Each bed needs a bedside light so one can read in bed. Hard to open the front door from inside. Couldn’t sort the heating. The radiators didn’t get hit in the main rooms
