Beautiful room, very clean, the owner was nice and check-in was easy. Less than 10min walk to city centre. There isnt a private parking but there is free parking on the street and there were always a few spots available.

Everything was wonderful. We booked three rooms for 3 families, for our stay with the kids. The shared kitchen was a great bonus—a cozy spot to sit and chat, even though we didn’t cook (it was fully equipped). The location is excellent, within walking distance to Piata Mare. Street parking right in front of the building is free. The rooms were spotless, and tea, coffee, and water were readily available. The host was very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Das Zimmer und die Küche sind sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut, die Innenstadt ist ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants und Bäckerei. Ausreichende öffentliche Parkplätze umsonst direkt vor der Tür oder in der Nähe. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar Tipps zur Reiseplanung gegeben.

Locația are un raport preț-calitate foarte bun. Se află foarte aproape de centrul orașului. Locurile de parcare au fost disponibile pe stradă, fără cost, dar și fără rezervare. Confortul foarte ridicat, patul fiind moale, pe placul nostru, iar zona este liniștită, traficul fiind redus. De asemenea, camera, prosoapele și așternuturile au fost curate.

Călătorind în luna octombrie, a fost cam răcoare în cameră, deși caloriferul funcționa. Ulterior șederii noastre proprietarii au menționat faptul că puteam să le spunem și presupun că ar fi făcut ceva în privința asta. Un alt aspect de menționat este faptul că nu există o izolare fonică prea bună între camere, dacă cumva cineva vine târziu din oraș și este mai zgomotos, vei auzi în cameră cam tot, dar dacă ai norocul să ai parte de colocatari cu bun simț nu ar trebui să fie o problemă.
