Property owner was rude. Room was musty and mold was on the computer chair and under table. Do not recommend to stay. Poor service and rude staff.
Staff was super nice
Out of date, towels sheets, comforter and guest toilets, there’s a used roll left from previous renter, I’m told they will not leave new roll for new guests. Shower Matt has black mold, floors are grease. Tv are extremely dated, Lg, as is the cable station, WiFi internet. I have stayed at Spanish trails many times, as a female I’m always put very back, or upstairs in middle of so much noise all hours of the trip. Zero coffee, breakfast, no swimming, or laundry mat, on the property they have the largest ice machine ever, not aloud to fill our own coolers as guest. Most over priced motel, for uncomfortable bed, no Amenities, told can only face building when parking. No guest may have any visitors. I rate this s stay, zero. With way too many improvements.

The sheets were stained, I mean a lot of huge stains not just few small stains. towels were old and brownish. Needed to be thrown away.
I was worried because of the bad reviews it had but omg everything was clean even the lobby and the rooms also . I will definitely come back again
It was basic to a T. The guy running the front desk asked for $5 in cash for a deposit. I said I don’t carry cash and he asked how much I had on me. He charged $5 on my card and said he wasn’t going to refund it. I’m not staying there again.
