The stuff very nice and help . Room is big. Clean . Recommend to stay.

Water too hot and I think it's better to reduce.

я бы не сказала, что этот отель рядом с аэропортом. остановка автобуса, который едет в аэропорт, действительно недалеко (15 минут), но общее время в пути до аэропорта составляет минут 40-45, в зависимости от расписания автобуса. чтобы добраться до самого Амстердама, придется потратить чуть больше часа времени и неприятную сумму денег

Mooie kamer en volgende ochtend een vriendelijke receptionist die tegemoetkomend was over mijn klacht de avond ervoor over niet werkende TV

15 minuten gewacht voordat personeel bij de receptie was. TV werkte niet en werd niet opgelost Paar gasten bij de receptie waren niet te spreken over niet werkende airco’s of wateroverlast.

Breakfast is ok.

Avoid room 7 and room 44. We have been transfered from troom 7 to 44 because of a loud noise behind the wall. Room 44 is a brand new room. Except the localisation of this room : just next door to a large gym club opened from 5.45 to 23:00. Impossible to sleep while you can hear people walking on machines, music et people talking. Further more there is no door between the bathroom with toilet and the bedroom. Just.. Strange ? - No shower gel - No wardrobe - No doors - Noisy room Not even excuses from the nightshift guy when we ask about the noise and the items missing in the room. We thought that he would come back with soap etc. but nothing. He had prefer to tell us : It's impossible there is noise because room over you are already sleeping. Am I a liar ? Honestly we were very disappointed by the hotel. The proof is that we cancel our last night to go back earlier than expected because we both slept 4 hours. Not the best thing to do before a full day of business meetings.
