Staff were really nice, got an upgraded room for free which was lovely and was easy enough to travel into Amsterdam centre with public transport, will be back 😁

"Op zich oké, maar geen positieve beleving door kamer naast ingang hotel."

Ontbijt was voldoende. Bordjes stonden soms bij de verkeerde gerechten. Weinig keus in vleeswaren

Kamer. Wij hadden verzocht om een rustige kamer en kregen, onder het mom van een upgrade, een kamer vlak bij de ingang waar zich ook de rokers verzamelden met alle lawaai van pratende mensen. PAs bij het uitchecken hoorden wij dat er nog andere kamers beschikbaar waren. De airco op de kamer werkte niet goed evenals de TV

"Mooi hotel maar klimaat en bedden verdienen extra aandacht"

- je loopt direct het centrum in (o.a. horeca en supermarkten) - dichtbij Schiphol - makkelijk parkeren (weliswaar tegen een tarief van €15 per dag) - sfeervol ingericht waardoor je direct thuisvoelt - fijn dat er 4-persoonskamers zijn (wanneer je met kinderen reist)

- ondanks dat het buiten maar 23 graden was, was het enorm warm in de kamer. Ook de koeling/airco (die ook nogal lawaaierig was) kraag de kamer niet koel. - bedden waren erg hard en de kussen passen qua hardheid/dikte niet bij de matras. Dit gecombineerd met het voorgaande punt zorgde ervoor dat we de volgende dag allemaal hoofdpijn en nekklachten hadden.
