"Superb"

Very nice host, super infos and support for the stay and Palermo as well as trips. Free bottle of water. Would come again and also recommend.

Only very small points (I personally did feel) e.g. dish sponge could be improved/provided.

"Excellent stay"

Excellent location, very close to the cathedral and old town, we enjoyed living between the Italians. Apartment is fully renovated to good standard and is just inside ZTL, no traffic noise. All interesting places are on walking distance. Next time we will book this appertment again

"Superb"

Great apartment, right near the centre but in a quiet side street. Lovely owners, spotlessly clean, air-conditioning, all good!

Rubbish disposal is a big problem in Sicily and the owners ask that you dispose of it in public bins. They need to provide something better as I would never do this in my own country and certainly will not in another persons country!

"Exceptional"

We loved our stay at Casa Kyla, couldn't recommend it more! The host met us at the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed, they gave us excellent recommendations of things to do and restaurants, the apartment was well stocked with all the things we needed plus all the things we didn't even know we needed. Overall great stay and would definitely go back next time we are in Palermo!
