Uncomfortable bed and ac did not work

We loved our stay at this hotel, it is right by the river and is very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony area overlooking the river and enjoyed the walk into the main market area. The room was super comfortable and large in size, it was super clean and tidy and looks exactly like the photographs. The staff were brilliant, welcoming, efficient, super friendly and always responded quickly to our requests. Massive shout out to staff member Nitin Sharma, he was amazing and so helpful. He even gave us a wake up call (not requested) at 05:30am to ensure we were awake so we did not miss our taxi he had organised to the airport. Thank you Nitin for your kindness. Highly recommend this hotel if you want value for money and a comfortable hotel located in a peaceful area by the river away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you so much for our stay.

The hotel was a distance from the busy area Tapovan, however, this was not an issue for us as the hotel is in a very quiet area which is perfect for relaxation and Tapovan is only a Tuktuk ride away.

Value for money. The hotel rooms are as advertised in pictures. Located in the main region, all sites were easily accessible. And the view you get is too good. Hotel staff is friendly and ready to help. Food is delicious.

Great location along the holy river Ganges. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. I hope I will come back !
