Staff were not welcoming and negative Being a doctor , I booked this place along with me wife This is the last time .. Luggage also we have to carry even though we informed about the check out. Its like everything is done ,you leave Good thing- restaurant food was good They were shifting furniture in the passenger lift I booked supreme deluxe room and they allotted mormal deluxe room. They dont know the difference also. Not satisified
