The staff was really nice and accommodating

The hostel is located in a super busy area, with lots of noise and a bit too much chaos. Although they offer us a paid private parking service, they wait until we paid to mention that once we park our car we might need to wait until other cars leave to get it out since the parking area is disposed in a parking line (that being not convenient at all). But the worst for us was not having hot water taking into account the price we are paying. We have stayed in other venues that didnt have hit water but were cheaper and with better services…. Our whole experience was rather disappointing since we feel we paid way too much for the services we got in exchange

Convenient place, pretty basic and people were nice

I think this is one of better accomodation for this money in El Salvador. European standard in all, rooms, toilet, reception desk and shared kitchen. Big nice terrace. Market and a lot of shops in the block.

Staff was very attentive to our needs and questions, very helpful. Hostal was very clean. Coffee and desserts they serve on the terrace were delicious. Laundry is available for an extra (washer and dryer) Bed was firm but we like it like that. No hot water, but we didn't mind it. Overall, we really liked our experience at Sunset!
